As an in-house Creative Strategist for a 360 creative agency, I worked closely with the PR team, communicating with the company’s roster of UGC and craft creators based on both coasts.
My role involved creating visual direction guides for still and video content, including organic posting and campaign collaborations. I provided strategic content suggestions for brand partnerships, ensuring these posts aligned with the creators’ unique aesthetics while meeting campaign objectives. By tailoring creative concepts to each creator, I helped maintain their online presence by elevating the authenticity of their identity, increasing engagement, and attracting new followers.
